Managing Partners
Tom Nims
Tom Nims is one of the co-founders of Bolton Group. Tom has more than 20 years of Executive Search experience. He is responsible for managing the overall operations of Bolton Group and drives the strategic growth and initiatives. Tom leads the Executive Search & Retained function of Bolton Group and has been an integral part of building many Executive teams of companies across the country.
Tom has been in the recruiting industry the majority of his career. Before Co-Founding Bolton Group, he was a Financial Recruiter with Dunhill Professional Search. Tom early on leaned towards an Executive search focus and has a unique ability to recruit and develop relationships with top leaders. His Executive placement success ranges from pre-IPO start-ups to industry leading Fortune 500s. Tom began his career with a Fortune 500 medical company in sales and was also a Sales Manager for a leading sporting goods importer.
Tom is an active member of Buckhead Church and pursues the sport of triathlon as a hobby.
Tom has a Bachelor's of Business & Administration in Marketing & Advertising from the University of Alabama.
Ralph Jones
Ralph Jones is one of the co-founders of Bolton Group. Ralph brings more than 20 years of recruiting sales leadership and experience. He has been instrumental in growing the organization and Co-Securing many retained national contracts with Fortune 500 companies and large non-profit organizations in providing mid to high-level leadership individuals.
Before Co-Founding Bolton Group, he was a Financial Recruiter with Dunhill Professional Search. Ralph truly understands the intricate details required to assist organizations on hiring the top professional's, which is clearly demonstrated by the range of clients who utilize his expertise. These clients range from Fortune 100 to companies in the beginning stage of development. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP within the assurance area.
He is also involved in philanthropic and charitable boards and foundations, such as the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation (CHOA), United Way of Atlanta and Food for the Poor.
Ralph has a Bachelor's of Business & Administration in accounting and Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed CPA.
